In addition, it was listed amongst the top five Product Scores for Assortment Planning – General Merchandise. The Critical Capabilities report, according to Gartner, is offered “as an essential companion to the Gartner Magic Quadrant, [the] methodology provides deeper insight into providers' product and service offerings by extending the Magic Quadrant analysis.” In the related “Magic Quadrant for Retail Assortment Management Applications,” 17 vendors were evaluated against 15 criteria for ability to execute and completeness of vision.
